CONTAINS // Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) flowering herb, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) leaf and flower, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) flower, milky oat (Avena sativa) seed, catnip (Nepeta cataria) leaf and flower, lemon balm leaf, and lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) flower, Organic cane alcohol, filtered water.

All herbs are prepared fresh from plants sustainably grown or wild harvested in the NC Piedmont.

Directions are included on the bottle.

This blend is not safe for pregnancy, due to its catnip content. (I'm happy to modify this blend for use during pregnancy.) Do not combine with SSRI drugs. Chamomile may cause an allergic reaction in rare individuals.

1oz bottle: 4" tall and 1.125" in diameter.
2oz bottle: 4.5" tall and 1.5" in diameter.

One ounce contains 15 2-mL servings. This dosage is for a 150 pound adult. It may be adjusted in proportion to the weight of the user. For instance, a 30lb child would take 1/5 of the 2mL dose, or 2/5mL, about half a dropperful. We are happy to help determine the appropriate dosage.

If you want to test out the medicine, buy one ounce. If you know you want to take this medicine daily at its intended dosage for one month, buy at least two ounces.
