Saint John's Wort Tincture - Brightening mood support

Saint John’s wort, or Saint Joan’s wort to some, offers a brightening, warm, sparky medicine, a solar infusion for the spirit. Helpful with different types of depression and anxiety, they act on the nervous system and liver, aiding the liver’s clearance of toxins and stress hormones as well as assisting its role in digestion. According to my teacher Janet Kent, when needed, SJW strengthens the solar plexus, seat of our will and self esteem, and helps us get unstuck and learn to trust ourselves. Their strong solar nature makes them ideal medicine for seasonal affective disorder / winter blues. They’re also antiviral, with medicine for viral outbreaks like cold sores and Epstein bar. Their anti-inflammatory properties are also helpful with inflammatory pain from injury, and much more. SJW has many topical uses, like nerve pain, and is well used internally when using externally. Available in one, two, and four ounce cobalt glass dropper bottles. Two ounce bottle pictured.

One ounce contains 15 2-mL servings. Taken at 2 mL 2x/day, one ounce will last about a week. This standard dosage is for a 150 pound adult and may be adjusted in proportion to the weight of the user. For instance, a 30 pound child would take 1/5 of the 2 mL dose, or 2/5 mL, about half a dropperful. We are happy to help determine the dosage.
