Lemon Balm Tincture

Lovely lemon balm, Melissa officinalis, an uplifting nervous system ally to help ease stress, focus energy, and settle the stomach. Lemon balm's virus fighting properties are useful for the common cold and herpes. May be helpful for ADHD and restlessness in children.

Lemon balm is safe for general use, including during pregnancy (Gladstar and Winston). Consult a health practitioner before taking if you have abnormal thyroid functioning.

Available in one, two, four, or eight ounce cobalt glass bottles;

Glass dropper included with one, two, or four ounce bottles.

8oz cobalt glass bottle includes a screw top closure and does not include a dropper.

One ounce contains 15 2-mL servings. Taken at 2 mL 2x/day, one ounce will last about a week. This standard dosage is for a 150 pound adult and may be adjusted in proportion to the weight of the user. For instance, a 30 pound child would take 1/5 of the 2 mL dose, or 2/5 mL, about half a dropperful. We are happy to help determine the dosage. 

An 8oz bottle contains 120 2mL doses.
