Lovely lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), extracted fresh in a sweet glycerin solution. A versatile medicine and synergist, lemon balm uplifts, calms the nervous system, eases stress, focuses energy, settles the stomach... Lemon balm's virus fighting properties are useful for the common cold and herpes simplex viruses. Lemon balm may be helpful for attention deficit and restlessness, and has a wonderful affinity for children.

SUGGESTED USE // Shake bottle. Adults take 2-3 droppers 3 to 5 times per day, or as needed. Do not use with hypothyroid activity. Pregnancy: Consult your provider and avoid heavy or regular use. Kids 25-35 lbs: 1/2 dropper; 35-50 lbs: 2/3-1 dropper Store in a cool, dark place. Use within ~5 years.

Available in 1oz, 2oz (pictured), and 4oz cobalt glass dropper bottles.
1oz bottle: 4" tall and 1.125" in diameter.
2oz bottle: 4.5" tall and 1.5" in diameter.
One ounce contains 15 2-mL servings. This dosage is for a 150 pound adult. It may be adjusted in proportion to the weight of the user. For instance, a 30lb child would take 1/5 of the 2mL dose, or 2/5mL, about half a dropperful. We are happy to help determine the appropriate dosage.
If you want to test out the medicine, buy one ounce. If you know you want to take this medicine daily at its intended dosage for one month, buy at least two ounces.
