Honey, Relax

A blend of potently relaxing herbs. This medicine slows a racing heart, calms and eases you through distress. Flower essences of holy basil, yarrow, poke, pink star magnolia, and Bach Rescue Remedy hold space, protect and calm. Nurturing, motherly, protective, this medicine is an ally to call on during moments of overwhelm, anxiety, anger, and big feelings. However, it won't make you feel intoxicated or impair functioning.

CONTAINS // Fresh motherwort leaf + flower, Organic Hawaiian kava root, fresh, wild mimosa (Albizia julibrissin) bark, fresh milky oats, lemon balm, Organic cane alcohol, Organic vegetable glycerin, filtered water; flower essences of holy basil, poke, yarrow, motherwort, Japanese magnolia. 

I harvested the motherwort in this product from a friend’s garden, with an offering of prayer and song. I wildcrafted the mimosa bark from pruned branches, again with gratitude. The oats and lemon balm were grown on a small, sustainable NC Piedmont farm.

CONTRAINDICATIONS 

Not safe for pregnancy, nursing, or low blood pressure.

Caution: US FDA advises that a potential risk of rare, but severe, liver injury may be associated with kava-containing dietary supplements. Ask a healthcare professional before use if you have or have had liver problems, frequently use alcoholic beverages, or are taking any medication. Available in 1oz, 2oz (pictured), and 4oz cobalt glass dropper bottles.
1oz bottle: 4" tall and 1.125" in diameter.
2oz bottle: 4.5" tall and 1.5" in diameter.

8oz refill bottle available under Bulk Sizes.

One ounce contains 15 2-mL servings. This dosage is for a 150 pound adult. It may be adjusted in proportion to the weight of the user. For instance, a 30lb child would take 1/5 of the 2mL dose, or 2/5mL, about half a dropperful. We are happy to help determine the appropriate dosage.

Depending on frequency of usage, one ounce may last you one to two months.
