Mineral Oxymel is an herbal mineral tonic made with bio-regional herbs, vinegar, and honey. Plant-based minerals in this form are easily taken up and used by the body, and it's also easy to take.

We have combined pine, burdock, dandelion, stinging nettle, milky oats, and violet, herbs rich in minerals like calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, manganese, Selenium, Silica, chromium, and Zinc, with some bonus Vitamin C. With pine honey smoothing out the tastes of vinegar and the other herbs, this herbal mineral tonic is delightful to take. You may want an extra squirt.
