Herbal Cough Care Bundle

A full spectrum of care for a cough as it morphs over the course of an illness. These are the remedies we use on ourselves and with our kids. For dry, hoarse coughs, our cold Moistening Tea moistens the lungs, helping the cough to become more productive.

For painful and spastic coughing, in addition to this tea, we use Relaxing Cough Remedy to relax the cough reflex. Through relaxation, it may be normalized. Relaxing Cough Remedy is best used at bedtime and upon waking up coughing to relax the lungs and support more restful sleep. 

Once you have a wet cough, you're ready for Cough Elixir, a stimulating expectorant blend to warm and stimulate the lungs, supporting a productive cough. Stimulating expectorants help to shorten the duration of a cough. Cough Elixir doubles as a strengthening lung tonic. 

These are all the remedies we use to kick coughs so they don't get the chance to hang around! Bye cough!

CONTRAINDICATIONS // Relaxing Cough Remedy: Not safe for pregnancy (lobelia). Not for long term tonic use as the herbs may impair digestion over time. Not recommended for children under 1 due to the very small amount of lobelia (2.3% of the formula). (Children under 1 will respond to gentler remedies.) In large doses lobelia can cause nausea and vomiting. We have used a tiny amount of lobelia so that you can take multiple doses without lobelia’s unwanted side effects. Should you experience nausea, pause dosing and space out or decrease doses.
