Get Lifted is a pleasant-tasting herbal elixir with flower essences made from fresh plants sustainably grown and wild-harvested in the NC Piedmont. This elixir includes holy basil, an aromatic adaptogen with antidepressant qualities; as well as lemon balm and milky oats to brighten outlook and nourish the nervous system. Mimosa buoys spirits, bringing in a whimsical and cheerful energy, while rose helps us to move through grief.

SUGGESTED USE // Adults take 2-3 mL 3-4 times per day. 1 squeeze of the dropper is equivalent to ~1 mL. Do not use with bi-polar or manic conditions. Pregnancy and hypothyroidism: Use only under supervision of a qualified health practitioner. Upon request, we may be able to modify the formula, or recommend other safe herbs.
