Cramp Remedy
Cramp Remedy
This blend is formulated with the strongest anti-spasmodic herbs I know, with diuretic and nourishing nettles to counter water retention, which can worsen symptoms like back pain and cramps. Individual results will vary, but you can expect an effect approaching an over the counter pain reliever. It may not totally neutralize cramps, but it makes a substantial difference, especially taken at the very start of them, or proactively at the start of bleeding.

There are about 30 ml in one ounce, so depending on the size dosage you take, there are about 15 doses in one ounce.
