Clean Up Crew Oxymel

The Clean Up Crew is here to help cleanse and circulate the blood, helping to reduce inflammation, while tickling your taste buds. A sweet and zesty blend in honey and vinegar, the crew consists of turmeric, stinging nettle, burdock, and chipotle pepper. Vinegar makes an excellent solvent for minerals and prebiotic qualities, meaning the herbs nourish the beneficial microbes in your gut. The predominating flavors are smokey-spicy, balanced with sweet and sour.

SUGGESTED USE // Shake bottle. Adults take 2-4 droppers 1-3x/day. Not recommended for those on blood thinning drugs, as garlic further thins the blood. Consult your provider before use, esp. if taking blood thinning drugs or pregnant. Store in a cool, dark place. This statement not evaluated by the FDA. Available in 2oz (pictured), and 4oz cobalt glass dropper bottles.
1oz bottle: 4" tall and 1.125" in diameter.
2oz bottle: 4.5" tall and 1.5" in diameter.

2 ounces contains 20 3-mL servings. This dosage is for a 150 pound adult. It may be adjusted in proportion to the weight of the user. For instance, a 30lb child would take 1/5 of the 3mL dose, or 3/5mL, about half a dropperful. We are happy to help determine the appropriate dosage.
