Ashwagandha means "strength of a horse" in Hindi. Ashwagandha is a calming adaptogen, and may help to relax and prepare for sleep, yet they are also a wonderful energy and vitality building tonic. Traditionally used for stress, anxiety, depression, and fatigue, they are best taken long term to experience their wonderful stress relieving and energy building effects. They are one of the best for rebuilding energy following debilitating illness. They also aid the body in absorbing iron and are used traditionally to promote milk supply in nursing parents.

SUGGESTED USE // Shake bottle. Adults take 2.5 droppers (2mL) 2-5x per day. Not recommended for pregnancy. Safe for lactation. Store in a cool, dark place.
CONTRAINDICATIONS // Hyperthyroid, hemochromatosis (excess iron). Not recommended for pregnancy.

Available in 1, 2 (pictured), and 4oz cobalt glass dropper bottles.
One ounce contains 15 2-mL servings. Taken at 2 mL 2x/day, one ounce will last about a week. This standard dosage is for a 150 pound adult and may be adjusted in proportion to the weight of the user. For instance, a 30 pound child would take 1/5 of the 2 mL dose, or 2/5 mL, about half a dropperful. We are happy to help determine the dosage.
